coffee is a stimulant..you go up..then go down..sometimes...it has NO sugar or carbs unless you add any..well...I sip my coffee and never get an effect..I quit being addicted over 2 yrs ago..everything in moderation helps one live a nice moderate life ;-)

funny..me too!..im tired and agitated..happens from time to time..goes away by tomorrow ;-) try eating smaller meals then replacing them...when you workout..its one thing to drink a protein drink..but NOT to eat and drink instead...isnt always the best idea for metabolism...are you counting calories..or carbs n sugar..THIS…

It's all about "how much do you want it"..like anything else..gym isnt going anywhere..and neither are you..so...keep everything low card til you free up time

after a while doing cardio..bike/elyptical machine..you should FEEL how fast you go..but I use the handle bars to check my HR 130-135 for 30 minutes.
