Hi all, I am over 200 also. I wanted to let you know of a challenge that some friends and I just joined. Maybe you want to join it with us! Go to groups and put in September-December Challenge. It's 4 months long. So I have a goal to hit 199!! I'm tired of the 200's lol. Good Luck with what ever you decide to do. ~Brenda

I workout from home. I do have weights, workout videos, and a treadmill. I think some core exercises would be a good thing to work on. I am excited to start this challenge!

My starting weight: 237 Goal weight is: 199 I WILL be under 200 lbs by the end of the year. I can't wait to feel healthy again and be able to do all the things I used to. This will be a good challenge to keep me accountable! Good luck everybody <3
