I use Advocare products. For me, they have worked phenomenally. I do exercise daily and have a pretty clean diet, but they helped me break through my plateau. Maybe it's also mental when you are taking supplements you want to work harder to get better results? I don't know but I love them!

Hello everyone, I'm from Clearwater , Florida, but I now living in Atsugi, Japan with my husband who has orders for another year.
