Hey Baron, 20 lbs is a lot so good luck! Just take it one meal at a time and stay consistent and you'll get there. I can't help you with the low carbs though, I just know a friend who is doing that as well and he's cut out all bread from his sandwiches, no pasta and pretty much everything else bread and he's lost 5 lbs
