Try it and let us know! Whenever I whine to my husband about needing to exercise more he tells me we just need to have sex more, LOL. My response is always "sorry, that just doesn't burn enough calories". I wonder which of us is right???

I've gained 15 pounds since weaning my youngest a couple months ago :-( I say nurse as long as possible! LOL *edited to add* I just read through all the responses and am thrilled to see so many positive comments regarding breastfeeding! Woo!

Mmmmmm, cheese, pickle and potato chip sandwhich! Maybe with a couple salted tomato slices too. I used to eat those all the time when I was a vegetarian.

I love this site, but I HATE "dieting"!!! While on one hand counting calories makes me feel more empowered and in control, on the other hand it makes me feel trapped and hungry, lol.

Ummmm, sorry to disagree, but I am sure JLo works for that butt. Butt is muscles and you have to work to develop those muscles to have a shapely bottom.

Maybe keep a journal and write when you get the urge to eat from emotions? Take a minute to sit down and write about what/how you are feeling, how your day is going, why you are stressed, bored, whatever. Then if you still want to eat, eat something healthy! PS, I need to do this too, lol.
