How long did it take you to get good at Zumba???
I've been doing Zumba 2 on the Wii for a couple weeks now and I just can't move as fast as the instructors,:noway: lol!!! Will I ever get fast enough to really be good at it?

thing you've eaten so far in the name of "dieting" "eating healthy" etc. . . . Mine is GeniSoy Soy Crisps rish cheddar cheese flavor. I bought them because they are 120 calories per 17 crisps. quick question about pasta serving size. . . . .
So on the box of pasta it says Serving Size 2oz (56g/1/2 cup). So is that a half cup dry, or cooked?

I can't be the only one who wants to lose weight without giving up drinking, right? lol. So a question for my fellow imbibers; what's the best drink option for us? Light beer? White wine? Straight vodka? ;-)

toe going numb?
So I'm trying to get into cardio, which I hate. Twice now I've tried jogging in place and about 15 minutes in, the middle toe on my right foot goes numb. What's up with that?!?

My daughter got me some Bares Toffees from the bulk section of Winco and I've searched and searched but I can't find the nutritional info for these! What should I put in my food diary for these? Does anyone know what I'm talking about, lol?

pumpkin pie recipe question
I just made the pumpkin pie recipe from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. It calls for "3/4 c. half & half, light cream, or milk" and lists the calories per slice at 255. My question is; if I used 2% milk did I save any of the 255 calories?
