I also want to add that thanks to a tip, after about a week, I bumped up my calories to 1600 per day because 1200 was waaaaay too low and hard to stick with. My body was actually holding onto my fat. Don't feel bad and don't give up. I failed 3 times last week trying to start this and now I am back on the wagon! You may need to adjust your settings!
