imagine if you had an allergy to chocolate?? i agree try cutting back the portion and also try it at a different time of the day in other liquids. also check the combo of ingredients you are using it with. it could be something else. last i read that too much fiber at once could cause discomfort in some.

i put them into almost anything liquid. soups, gravy, shakes, water, ice tea, lemonade, etc. latest one is in my cottage cheese, omellete/ scramble mix, pancake, cake, muffin mixes, etc. just let it set for a few mins. bout 15-20. if you cant wait that long for example in the AM then make a concentrate the night before.…
