I can relate!!! It has taken me 2 years to lose 20lbs and I have only lost that in the last few months!!!! I decided to just jump into adkins and it has worked. You should find some free exercises online that use your bodyweight for lifting. Good luck!!!!

I am doing p90x3. I have even went to the doctor they have been so bad, they did bloodwork and suggested I take potassium which I do. Still after certain workouts the leg cramps keep me up.

I am not saying this works for everyone but I am a huge fan of the 25 or 30 min workouts. I can always talk myself into working out by just repeating to myself "its only 3 minutes". I binged on netflix....1 episode a night. Then I bought the 4th season on Amazon for $26 lol. I, too, do NOT know how I am going to be able to deal with commercials. I am seriously addicted and could talk about it forever lol.

Maybe some kind of workout like Focus T25 will work for you. Focus is only 25 minutes and you get an awesome workout!!! Something to think about! Good luck :)

I sit on my butt all day at work but try to do a few sets of chair dips every hour. I think it is finally starting to help!!!! Good luck!!! I know a LOT of women that have that problem in fact one of my friends had lipo on her arms!!! I was soooo jealous lol.

She shaved her head and what was left of her hair she bleached she was a crazy lady BUT I will say that she had a pretty good cardio workout to go along with the program. And YES stopped up for day LOL.
