Girl I am in the same boat, you can look at my diary and see a calore deficit daily. I have tried to eat back my calories, I have tried to not eat back my calories. I work out every day ugh.....its exhausting. I figure that eventually something will give!!!! I ate more while I was lifting and gained....like clothes tighter…

I am about 1 month into NROL for Women and I love it. I have 68lbs to lose and have increased my calories and lowered my cardio. I am just starting to see some small changes but I am getting ready to increase my weights again on monday and cannot wait!!!! I am pretty impressed with myself:) Good luck and have fun!!!!!

Thanks everyone I appreciate all opinions!!!! I usually go over in proteins everyday and I am good with that. Generally I eat pretty healthy and just working on the perfect combination is tough. I plan on seeing a nutritionist next month so that should help. Again that's for the responses:)

Yeah I do not eat anything low fat except my cottage cheese which is 1% instead of 4%. Oh and I drink 1% milk in my protein shakes.

I just started doing HIIT training on my bike and I LOVE it. You change the resistance and change the speed every 1.2 or 3 minutes.....I am sure you can find some routines....good luck and happy biking!!!!!

Hello, when I was ready to quit I used Wellbutrin. I quit after smoking on and off for 24 years. I would strongly suggest this to anyone who wants to quit. Good luck:)

Would love to join:) I am 5'3 and have about 50lbs to lose.....its been a very tough journey for me. I have worked very hard for the scale to move a half of a pound in the last almost 2 months:( It gets very frustrated but I refuse to give up. I keep everything public:)

My friend gave me a 3 month supply and it didnt make my food taste any different. It also didnt suppress my appetite. The commercials get people but really it didnt do anything for me.

Diet pills are NOT the answer but they can be used as a part of weight loss. The main tools are eating right and exercise but adding a doctor prescribed pill can help as long as you have the main tools down. Good luck on your journey!!!
