I weigh 100 lbs less than the weight stated on my driver's license (and I had lied on the license...I was actually about 20-30 lbs heavier but didn't wanna admit it!!)...Can't wait to get a new one next January!!! :) And be truthful about my weight!!

I know I've had people say they hesitated to say something for fear they would "embarrass" (I know I spelled that wrong - oops) me. Then I tell them "no, I get excited when people notice". Some people are just super sensitive in regards to talking about weight. But I'll tell ya, YOU ROCK!! :happy:

This is awesome!! I always say it is how we think that can really make or break a diet/exercise program. We have to keep looking at the bigger picture.

oatmeal = awesomeness!! I eat a lot of it. Filling and I think my ticker speaks for itself as far as whether eating it a lot causes weight gain... :wink: I love mine with just a smidge of brown sugar (splenda) or fruit...

I reached my goal weight yesterday! At first I was gonna take a cruise, but now I'm not sure. I wanna explore more options before deciding... Maybe I'll get some more great ideas from this thread! :) I am definately treating myself to a new swimsuit for the beach this September! The one I wore last year is 3 sizes too…

Congrats on a job well done. I feel the same way that you do. I still have foods that I've always loved, just a lot less of it and a lot more healthy foods and daily exercise have been added. It's worked for me and I know I can do this for the rest of my life! :)

I am a cereal addict, especially cheerios. Any kind will do, but I am partial to the plain multigrain. I have two cups with one cup of 1% milk and my McDonalds coffee (black). About 320 calories... Oh, and I love oatmeal with just a smidge of brown sugar with fresh fruit...yummmm
