Obese people are less likely to go to the doctor for small complaints as they are afraid of bad treatment, hence they only tend to go when the problem is really bad...meaning their treatment costs more. It's not necessarily that they're going to the doctor 40% more often and it's disingenuous to present it that way.

I'm getting married on 9-13-13 and I'm shooting to be down another 50lbs by then--so far I'm down 35, and I know I can do it!
