That is great! I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago, except the belt no longer fits and I can't make a new hole as it's studded. Shame as it cost me a fortune but obviously it's great as it means I'm getting smaller!

I have a major clothes obsession and spend obscene amounts on them, so for me, I'd very much like to get back into my lovely stuff that used to fit so nicely. But mainly, I bought a great three piece suit, and due to my ballooning weight I've never actually worn, so that has to be it for me. A nice slim fit grey number!

They certainly can, I was with my ex for 6 years and she was a bit over 350lbs (6ft tall) whilst I was about 150lbs. Of course since then I've had my troubles with depression/arthritis and nerve damage, causing me to gain a fair bit.

Of course the sensible thing is to weigh yourself once a week, and not expect too much, but I always aim for the stars too. I find myself setting a lb a day target, although I don't really beat myself up if I can't. I think that is key really if you aim high.
