Good Luck! I also used weight watchers before and after my first pregnancy, and while I believe it works, there is very little difference between it and this site....with the exception of COST! (and counting points vs. calories). I love MFP and I know youll do great!!:flowerforyou:

High Imact Aerobics works for me. I do want to get an HRM though....

I enter it as high impact aerobics bc I tend to do the more "advanced" moves (more hopping, bouncing, etc) and it comes pretty close to what others I take the class with (that are a similar size and movements as myself).

I forgot to add that I saw the most change in my core when I started adding Zumba and Pilates to my classes....I cant be sure which was more effective, but as a previous poster said, it is a lot of ab work in Zumba moves...
