Go for a 30 minute walk at least 5 days a week and focus on eating right. This is a great alternative to planning tougher workouts that you end up not doing. I have a few of Jillian Michael DVDs that I do at home with 5lb weights. The DVDs are great and only about $10 at Target. This should help you sculpt!
