I have Chronic migraines and took topomax before I had my son. I got back on it a few months after I had him, but it made me feel 'weird'. so I have been dealing with it on my own :(

I have a 100 lbs to lose too...sending you a friend request. We all can do it! :)

Thank you, I am aware of that. And I have talked to my doctor. And follow what she has told me. To hit at least 1100 a day if I don't do the full 1200 and that it's fine to not eat the calories I burn since I give myself a cheat day and eat whatever no matter the calories. I can do the actual egg vs the egg white instead.…

That helps with the frustration a lot. A friend told me it was probably my cycle starting or gaining muscle. Thank you for the input.

Yes I have. They aren't worried about the gain or what I eat/daily calorie intake, I am. They want me to maintain at least 1100 calories a day if I don't' do the full 1200. And they aren't worried about the not eating the calories I burn either.

I do drink a lot of water throughout the day, but I don't think that would make a difference. If I'm too 'low' I do grab yogurt or fruit or something to help get me to 1150-1200 calories. I do my…

Thanks for the encouragement. And no...I'm not starving. If I needed to eat more, believe me I would. I use measuring cups usually and occasionally a scale. And speaking to my doctor, I don't HAVE to eat the calories I burn right away. I do give myself a cheat day every couple weeks, so those calories I don't eat from the…

Yes, I only weigh myself once a week. I figured that would be a way to keep track of the weight. I can start daily ... to see the fluctuation and maybe not get so discouraged. I've only been going on this for a month, so I wasn't expecting to lose tons but I wanted to at least not see the scale go up :(

Same here...my 'baby' just turned 4 in November. I want to lose weight so I'm healthy for him, but have a hard time keeping up with it since I'm a single mom. but this time I'm not letting that stop me. Feel free to add me as a friend. Good luck ladies!
