  • Well, my streak is gone. I didn't get any encouragement before heading off to my get-together and I ended up eating 2 pieces of dessert. Then I got into my son's Halloween candy and ate some chocolate too. Today is a new day, the start of a new week. Maybe I can hold off until Saturday when more candy comes through…
  • So, I went Monday through Friday without any sweets!!! I did curb my cravings with some sugar free jello and I think that helped get me through it. My fiance even brought home some candy from work (mini-Snickers- YIKES!) and I didn't touch them. Yay me! Tonight I'm going to a get-together and my best friend is making one…
  • I had NO sweets yesterday! And didn't really even have a craving for them, which is odd. Today is day 4 with nothing ~ Yay for me!! Hope everyone is still doing well!!
  • Day 3 with no sweets so far! Yay!! I have had the sugar free chocolate pudding every night, just to curb the cravings. My son found my stash so it will be gone before I know it. I shoved it, enjoyed it and 10 minutes later felt guilty and pudgy. It sucked. Now only if I can remember how it made me feel the next…
  • I'm right there with you! My motto this fall/winter is no more slackin!! I always seem to do good for a few weeks straight and then I start slackin and fall of the wagon. I really like this site and I've been recording my food/exercise for about 3 weeks now and it seems to help. I'm so more self conscience of what I'm…
  • I'm IN!! I have the biggest sweet tooth and find myself needing chocolate at least once a day. This will hopefully help me stay sweet-free til Thanksgiving. :drinker:
  • So when you guys refer to a water-detox? How much water are you talking about? I already try to drink the recommended 8 glasses, etc. How much is considered a lot for detoxing purposes?
  • I started doing the 30 day shred several months ago. My intentions were to do it every day for 30 days straight, but that didn't happen. I ended up doing it every other day, just to let my muscles rest in between, and I got pretty sore. So during the few months that I was doing it diligently and walking too I lost 10…
