Getting close to my first milestone, below 400. New low weight today 403, if the current trend holds this weekend I should be in the 3's.

My goals today: I know its afternoon but I am on 3rd shift so this is the start of my day. Grill a bunch of chicken breast for meal preps. Try that stretch video @tinkerbellang83 shared. Keep my steps and calorie goals going. Be happy 😋

I am interested in the couch to 5k program as well, the idea of running is intimidating still though. Maybe after some more weight loss. My next step I think will be regular bouts on the elliptical at the gym.

I switched to 3rd shift this week. The company needed some help on 3rd, I told them I would do it for a month. Until my vacation, already regretting it on day 2 lol. I did get 16k steps yesterday. Staying on the sub 2500 calories plan for now too. Forward Momentum.

I have made a personal pizza on a pita bread a couple times. Pretty good and not as bad calorie wise as any chain store or digiorno pizza.

Happy Sunday! Gotta do some yard work today. Finish the lawn at least, maybe trim some bushes/trees. Get 12k steps. Try a beginner fat guy friendly yoga YouTube video.

I dont know how to quantify it. My one leg will swell is how I know. Especially my cankle area. It has been exponentially better since tracking and dropping the little weight I have. I see my cardiologist in 2 weeks I will discuss with him. Thanks for the concern though.

I like this thread B). My goals for today; Over 12k steps again, keep the streak. Under 2500 calories. Under 3000mg of salt, been retaining alot of water. Mow the lawn. As Novus says Be Happy :p

My goal is 2500 calories. MFP says my goal.should be 4100. Using a TDEE calculator online they say somewhere between 4500-5000 is my maintenance. So I guess my answer is I havent updated it in the 3 weeks or so I have been tracking. I dont know if that help you much though lol. Soon after I get a month or so of data I will…
