Another strategy you can use to help limit the over indulging is to eat a healthy snack and drink a big glass of water before you go. These will decrease appetite and make it easier to make heathier choises when you go out.

A couple of thoughts if you are plateauing. I find if I make Monday my weigh in day I am more responsible with my eating over the weekend and hows your sleep if you aren't getting enough sleep it can stall your weight loss.

I agree with sharonuk10 after dieting for a while it is easy to get to a point where you aren't getting enough calories and your body hangs onto everything.

If love the elliptical workout but get bored with it there is an elliptical called the "Street Strider" that is on wheels and you ride outside they are pricey however.

I have tried tweeking mine but am always going over one way or another I have set like yours but I mainly just watch my calories and let the rest take care of itself. If you are eating in a way that you can stick to your calories and are seeing success then stick with it.
