Such an inspiration! I used to think I had to starve myself, too... but when I started feeling dizzy daily, I knew I was doing it wrong. This year, I'm going to eat more and train for next year's triathlon!

Cheese is a great source of protein! I like partly skimmed mozzarella, as it has great texture and taste while being lower in calories.

I increased to maintenance a few weeks ago because I was experiencing dizziness. But thanks for the advice! I'll do more strenght training than I do cardio, hopefully I'll stop losing around my ribs...

Yum! I love zuchinni, and I love bacon! I eat zuchinni by using a potato peeler and slicing it in "noodles". Then, I eat it in whatever way I would eat pasta! It goes well with everything :)

I'm in! I think this is the thing I need right now :) CW- 135-138 (it varies every day) Goal: To lose 2 inches around the area below my belly button. Currently at 31 inches, goal is 29 :) Also, to run at least 4 times a week and be able to do 50 push ups non-stop.

I haven't lost boob sizes, but after the first 10 pounds I started seeing my clavicles more as well as hipbones and wrist bones. However I didn't notice my belly changing, but people who haven't seen me for several months keep asking me if i,ve lost weight! Sometimes it takes several pairs of eyes to see it.

Yeah, the level one video should be done every day for ten days. After that you do level 2 for ten days, and so on.

I miss eating as much chocolate as I want. But then again, I still eat it in moderation, and I don't miss the belly fat that I lost.

A lot of people eat their exercise calories, but you don't have to eat another ice cream cake to fill up those calories. Maybe something healthier?
