I am on Day 4 today (YAY me!!!) it definitely gets easier after the first few days... Hmmm... not sure. I would say keep them around the same time, but I'm sure you can eat whenever you want. Trust me... when you start eating regularly you will have an appetite and also start to see lose weight. That's how it's been happening for me. Try it and let me know how it goes.... :happy:
