Hi I am 44 (and by birthday is next week and I will turn - you know.....45) I hope we can be friends. I am trying to make life changes so I will no longer be yo yo dieting.

I teach high school in a self contained class with 9 through 12th autism and mentally handicapped students. What grade do you teach? I am using this challenge to reduce (eliminate) my soda consumption. I was down to one coke a day - now I am weaning that out. THANKS for the opportunity :happy:

I killed the water today! (making up for my nasty day yesterday). 50.7 oz plus 33.8 oz plus 20 oz. :drinker:

Today I stunk! I only had 4 glasses of water today. Very busy at work and after work with appointments - didn't stop till very late. I will do better tomorrow --- hopefully my day won't be as insane.

I am in - I struggle to get water in. Maybe this challenge is just what I need. I am also a teacher and usually by lunch time it's the first time I get something to drink. Thanks for this opportunity!

:smile: Have you been to the dr. about your back? I have had multiple back surgeries and I started out walking with Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds. I also use the stationary bike and that helps my knees. (I've had one surgery on them). Look for low impact options they are your best bet with a hurt back.

I weighed 175 in high school and that was 25 years ago. I want to get to 150 someday. :tongue:

We had baked porkchops with sauerkraut, homemade mashed potatoes, and applesauce. We also served some garlic bread, but I didn't partake in them. It was yummy!
