my dog is going through anxiety and separation problems. She ate the laundry room door! Really! She eats plastic, she ate her water bowl. She just freaks out. We just got her a crate -so we will see if this helps her anxiety. (fingers crossed)

My doc suggested for me to read the "Wheat Belly" book. I ordered it and am going to try and follow it. I have always loved breads and tend to over eat them. So if I can eat more healthy using fruits and veggies instead of bread - why not! So I also will be cutting out flour based products and ones with gluten. (sugar and…

I'm feeling overtired and worn out. All I want to do is sleep, but when I wake up I feel worse than when I started. :(

Feeling really bad this week - tired and overwhelmed. I managed to maintain, but exercise has been on the back burner. - I go to the doc on Monday to see if my hormones are still out of whack. Really dragging. :( Hopefully next week will be better!

My goals this week are to 1. drink at least 64 oz of water 2. do 30 day shred. I keep getting started - can make a few days - then life gets in the way. oh, I didn't realize that I had to log in each day with you. Sorry! Got most of my water in every day- but am not getting enough calories burnt. Goals for me this week Drink 10 - 8oz glasses of water every day Exercise 5x a week for at least 60 minutes Park as far away as I can - everyday No snacking while watching tv Do squats and bicyles every day. Only eat out once this week

Monday weigh in 222. Stayed same - but back to school and having lots of stress and very little sleep. I will hopefully be caught up by next week. And then I will have a loss. :)
