I do both. I work out with a trainer 3 x a week, :bigsmile: and she has me use weights during my work outs.. I do cardio on my other days.

I like Skinny Cow and the Weight Watchers Ice cream desserts. I Love the WW candy ice cream bars ( tastes just like snicker ice cream bars. ) Yummmy!

I like the sport top bottles that are 33 oz. I also add Nestea ice tea with lemon packets (I only add one to the bottle - just enough to get the tea flavor without over powering). It is made with splenda. I can get 3-- 33oz bottles down in a day. The sport top really helps. :drinker:

hope you enjoy the long weekend! When is your school done for the year? My school has the kids till June 8th, and we go a couple of extra days to get everthing packed up and unplugged. We had 7 snow days to make up - or we would be finishing the beginning of June.
