This happened to me 2 weeks ago. It is definitely your unwanted visitor , it could also be your sodium intake so try to keep the sodium to a minimum. It will come off, so don't give up. You can do it:flowerforyou:

Great job:flowerforyou: I'm going on a cruise in January and I am definitely going to have some warm chocolate melting cake:tongue: :happy: . Hopefully between eating in moderation and all the walking around the ship I won't gain to much. I'm on vacation so I won't be logging or anything so we'll see how it goes:wink:

I made a spaghetti squash cheesy casserole and it was pretty good. I just googled it and found a recipe. All I needed was a spaghetti squash, Greek yogurt, onions, garlic and cheese. Pretty easy and very tasty:smile:

^^^^This. You are what you think and weight loss is as much mental as it is physical. You have to believe that you can do this. You DO NOT need diet pills all you need is the will to want to lose the weight and the actions it takes to lose it. Good luck:-)
