Hi pastabelly, i do walking and cycling and i use my andriod phone and i have downloaded an app called Endomondo pro which charts your progress, counts calories, it is a very good app hope this helps you. Regards Dave

Hi leo, I was 321lb i am now 306.4 in 15 days i was suffering the same problem as you with the pain don't over do it but keep up the walking but when you have the pain take a rest i can now walk for miles before the pain comes on again.
