Vegetarians eat animal by-products. Not meat. Vegans are the ones who eat no animal by-products.

I do the sameee I make one big cookie as a desert or breakfast 1 banana mashed 1/2 cup oatmeal small handfull of raisins 1 tbs of peanut butter a lil cinnamon and salt (if your peanut butter is salt-free) mix all together, shape it into a cookie and pop it in the oven on a high setting for 10-15 minutes also the bananas…

Actually, HIIT means raising your heart rate in intervals. It's not technically about speed. When I'm at Resistance 5 my heart rate is relatively low (but still in fat burning zone) and then for the high intervals I level up to R8+ and obviously my heart rate shoots up to 160+, they key though is to pace yourself.
