Muscle burns more than fat. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Build muscle by weight training and eating the right amount of protein. The scale may go up but itll only be due to the new muscle you are growing since it weighs heavier than fat but looks more lean.

Was nice and hot today! I think I burned my face. But I definitley challenged myself and I'm on C25K W3D2 and it was MUCH easier than my last run! Confident I can make this goal this month :) Only 2 weeks and 2 days to go!

Did a 3K walk and a 4K run after on the same day. I'm going to add the walk in because it was an purposeful effort to do it! 50 KM this month! That means running 5K atleast 10 Times so atleast 2 - 3 timews a week! Last month I did 24, I think I can double it!

booom. you can eat as much carbs and protein and fat as you want. as long as you're in a calorie deficit :) edit: but of course keep it healthy!!!!

Vegan :) Just stick to whole plant foods, unprocessed, eat as much as you want and you can have some meat/dairy alternatives once in a while!

I just blend up my frozen bananas - then you can dress it however you like as you would normal icecream! i put cacao nibs and carob powder and chopped almonds with a lil vanilla, or just plain with some vanilla, you can put fruits, peanut butter, anything! so yum!

I think you explained it best! I just so feel really scared eating at 1800+ cals :noway: it just seems so much! Being vegetarian I find it hard to reach that goal with out relying on loads of carbs :/

I got my self a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor, it's basic and useful at the gym! There are loads of different other things you could get. Google some heart rate monitors and see what best fits you/budget etc..
