  • Definitely do chest exercises, but do them for bulk as well as tone(lift heavy weights), and get your protein, don't be afraid of the numbers on the scale. I've been doing a body building routine with my husband. I gained muscle mass, pounds, and a bonus bra size increase.

  • I've been drinking Shakeology for a few months....I'm not familiar with green smoothies, but I know people like them, I don't know the cost.....I can't compare them, but I consider the cost of shakeology equivalent to the quality :) Fruits, Veggies, Protein, Probiotics, Prebiotics....etc...good stuff :)
  • I agree, you're probably tired because you need rest. You can also evaluate your nutrient intake. Make sure that the calories you are getting are quality nutrition dense foods. Also, low Vitamin D and Iron can make you tired. It is very important to get proper rest and nutrition when you are working out.

  • I've done P90X and the first month of Insanity. I wasn't ready for month 2 and did P90X/Insanity hybrid for a while, but I'm ready to get back into it.....I've not used myfitnesspal much before....how are you logging your Insanity workout? i tried calling it Aerobics, high impact, but it only gave me 2/3 of the calorie…
