you need to eat a balanced diet. One cannot live on strawberries, pretzels and 3 ounces of carrots. Read the advice given here and see if you can start upping your calories count...I know you said you are trying. Keep trying. Think BALANCED.

You are doing VERY well. Do not let this bother you...I have a 2-3 pound fluctuation - constantly. Your sodium is VERY high...this is probably the reason. The new guidelines are 1500mg. You might want to try to wean down some. Just drink a lot of water tonight...and what ever the outcome, do not let it get you down!!!!

My daughter and I LOVE lentils! we boil them with some cajun (no salt) spices and add them to out salads! Talk about nutritionally sound! We also eat them as a side with a bit of italian seasoning. They are great mixed in with pasta as well!
