  • You are a stronger women than me lol! I couldn't make anything sweet without eating it. Good Job! It's hard enough just having Halloween candy around here.
  • So far so good, i actually ate fruit today for the first time in months. That helped my sweet tooth a little anyway. :)
  • Hope it's not too late to get in on this no junk food stuff. I really need to do this. I have been doing good with eating healthy and exercise until the kids are in bed then i find myself fighting to stay out of the Halloween candy. This is a great idea!
  • Im breastfeeding also and i've thought about that too, but i get really dizzy and sick. I'm thinking it's my body telling me it's a good idea to eat something small before i exercise. Not eating after 7 or 8pm has made a big difference in my wt loss in the past.
