The shakes have helped me to feel full, i used to feel like i couldn't get enough to eat. Love that they are full of vitamins.

Hello everyone just checking in real quick, my weight was 204.0 and this morning it is 201.8 not to bad. 2.2 pound loss.

A few ladies were talking about a tummy tuck, I used to want a tummy tuck too.... until i watched "Dr. G, medical examiner" and one of the ladies that they had on there died due to a blood clot or something after her tummy tuck. :ohwell: That was the day i decided i would rather do sit ups! ahhhhh.:noway:

Just checking in. I didn't exercise yesterday and probably won't today either, not feeling to good. :ohwell: I will have no problem with todays challenge, i am so thirsty i cant get enough water. Hope all is well with everyone.

Wow! Third day no school for the kids! We are at about -13 degrees and maybe 12 or 13 inches of snow. Kids are loving it!

No sweets yet! I put a note up in my kitchen to remind me not to put sugar in my coffee. I think i better keep the note up, i have a bad habbit of snacking on my kids and husbands snacks. Hope everyone is having a good day! shelly

I have been really down lately so maybe this is what i need to get me back on track. I would love to give this a try. I don't know how well i will do.... Im pretty sure my husband thinks im yucky and it makes me feel so hopeless when it comes to eating right and exercise. I will give it my best effort though. shelly

Good way to look at it Lori! What good do we get out of sugar anyway! I'm going to give it another try, seems like i lose more weight when i stay away from sweets.
