I have given up Coke (a-Cola), cookies, and desserts. I really havent given up my loves like pizza, wings and lasagna, although I've cut back to very small portions and very rare occurrences. So far so good !

I'm down 32 lbs already in 2 months, but count me in !

I get up 20 minutes early and hit the treadmill. I no longer run out of wind, now I run out of time. I am actually enjoying it, and I never thought I would say that. Not to mention I find running in the morning a great way to recover from a wild night before.

Just looking at the last few days of your diary and I can see you are over your carb limit every day. Get rid of the Motts Medleys - All Natural Fruit Snacks, 2 Pouch , this seems to be consistent and high in carbs. If you dont want to get rid of it, then eliminate something else. Its okay to go over now and then, but not…
