I always have a bit of junk food each week. I eat fairly well the rest of the time and I exercise. If I didn't have some garbage food now and then, I would have fallen off the wagon a long time ago. I don't overdo the bad food, and I make sure I exercise. What you did is no big deal, in my opinion. You're doing great !
