I'm right at 5'4 & my goal weight is 150! That's what I weighed before getting pregnant with my 1st & I loved my body!! I have a big butt haha! I'm currently 180 & very unhappy:( trying to get back to my prepregnancy size has been hard after having my 2nd!! Feel free to add me:)

Jillian michaels has an ab workout that's killer!!! It's called killer abs haha! Maybe you should try it?! Check on you tube to watch for free if you can't afford the DVD!!

In your local grocery store we have Winn Dixie's here you can get tiger sauce!! It's in the condiment isle! It's a spicy sweet sauce!! It doesn't take much!! It's good on fish sautéed veggies & chicken!!

I reallyonly eat about half of what I was!! I used to be so bad about eating until I was stuffed but now I'm eating until I'm satisfied!!
