I gained at 1st but as my body adjusted it slowed. Drastically. The 1st response about the micro tears is insightful bc at 1st I was holding major water weight. I friended you:)

Today was my 2nd day doing fasted cardio. It's going just fine so far & I don't feel like my workouts have suffered. I wake up before my toddlers & workout & then drink a smoothie while I make their breakfast & depending on what trey have I might have a little too! So far so good & thanks again for all the wonderful input…

Thanks so much everyone!! I'll see what works best! I've been getting up before my 3 young kids to exercise so I'm not hungry yet but I've seen where some say you need to fuel your body to get most out of it! I do feel a little light headed but it's almost like a high! I make a smoothie after my work out tho :)

im wondering the same thing! i know roughly how much i produce bc i was away from baby not too long ago & had to pump for over 24 hours.

ive always taken in with lots of cream & sugar but today i iced it down & just drank it black! its was gross but ill get used to it lol!!

I have to workout 1st thing in the morning or a talk myself out of it:( sometimes I workout when I put my babies down for a nap!

The compression stoking def would've helped & it isn't too late to start! I had a job were I was on my feet for 9 years & started to get them at a very young age I talked to my mom & she said the wear the hose under my pants so I did!!! & you can still see them a bit but they didn't get worse!
