Cereals are very high in calories, considering the amount you get. A normal serving size is about 30g - 40g. Have you ever weighed that ? It barely a handful !

I'm 5ft 7 September 22nd 2012 - 193lbs July 15th 2013 - 129lbs I am looking to lose another 4lbs.

I used a weight calculator, looked at other people,my height and made a decision based on that. I'm 5ft 7 and my original goal was 130lbs. Now I am close I realise that I still need to lose a bit more. I'll probably go down to 125lbs. Make a goal and just see how you feel when you get there :)…

One time at school, I went to the toilet and a teacher went out of the room to get something. When I got back my 'friend' said that a boy said ''Quick don't let the teacher back in, where's Paige to barricade the door? Then everyone laughed. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed the whole lesson.

I have to eat my breakfast in a certain order too :-) I also only drink lemon water with my dinner, only eat apples chopped up and will only have yogurt with cinnamon

I eat pretty much the same thing exeryday and I don't think it really matters as long as its balanced :)

You should stop eating 3-4 hours before you go bed. So for me I stop eating around 7-8pm

I have green tea, I didn't think much of it at first but now I like it a lot. Plus it's good for you ! :)

Chop up an apple and put it in a bowl, add fresh lemon juice and cinnamon and mix together. After that put the apple in tin foil and make a sort of parcel. Bake in the over at high heat for 25-35 minutes or until soft :)
