  • Im 26 by the way, and I can understand how someone weighing 200 some pounds could lose 15 to 20 pounds by quitting soda, but someone weighing 180 losing that much just by quitting soda seems a bit odd.
  • Well Ive loaded up on peanut butter, milk, protein shakes, you name it, but I have a hard time maintaining my weight let alone adding to it.
  • Thanks Boostnerd Yeah well I quit the soda not knowing I would drop weight, I quit since diabetes runs amok in my family.
  • Hey I went to the doctors already and they ran tests for diabetes and thyroid and even white blood cell count and everything came back normal. But I'm still skeptical as I think something might be wrong, but undetected. Only changes I've made since last year is quitting soda and cutting down on sweet snacks like cake rolls…
