Seeing nutritionist again in the morning but according to my food diary I eat too little?! Will report back. Another quick q though sorry... I tend to eat about 1200 cals a day but thats 1 meal and snacks. Does it matter what food you get your cals from?

Im the same only reverse psychology helps me. Someome saying you need to lose weoght im like **** you and dont, yet saying you dont need to is more motivation, if that makes sense. What motivates me is knowing that now I cant get a job as a youth worker but will be able to if thinner and fitter. My mums wedding, my wedding. But most importantly having a child. I have been trying for 2 1/2 years and been told i need to lose weight or I wont get fertility treatment.
