Hi all, weekend has been fun and this has been reflected in my calorie in take. Bad!!!! ok here you go: heres my blurb too!! I think I have a pretty similar body shape to Charlotte Church.... this is her when fat... and i look like that when fat!!! and here is her when slimmer...... if i look like her fat.......surely i can look like her slim!? and just for the record.... she's nice a squishy. haha!

agreed!!!!! the skinny girls dont look healthy ...... I'm afraid i want to retain a little bit of... umm.... squishiness?!? (not fat!!!) but i dont want a hard lean body. (apart from the fact its totally unrealistic for me!) I want to look like me. But healthier :-D

dont chew gum it makes you hungry, produces saliva and gets your stomach acids going. basically the brain reckons its going to get food. Don't chew gum!! I'm not checking in this week as its just too horrific!!! Will try on tuesday and although I'll still be looking at a gain..... It'll be a slightly smaller one hopefully!!! Anyway todays been a good food day so far. Tomorrow will be too and it'll be a good exercise day too as we're going out on the bikes :-) xx
