Fayeworth we are pretty close in our targets too! I am Clare and I'm also from the UK. Lost over 2 stone back in 2012 and have nearly gained it all back. as everyone else says life got in the way and changing jobs has played havoc with my exercise routine (as in now I am back to doing nothing!) So here goes 5'5" HW 168 CW…

this!!! I also find its rude for people to constantly ask if you are pregnant because you choose not to drink. You're lucky you are not at the "prime age" and marital status for this constant questionning. My new response to "are you pregnant" is to say yes i'm due in about 3 weeks and then just turn on my heel and walk…

I just drink water and fruit and green teas. Twinings do a neverending variety of teas. It never occurred to me I might be missing out! I wouldn't drink pre-made smoothies and juices such as innocent. I might be wrong but I actually don't want to waste the calories on something that potentially is going straight through…

haha! or she could call her India and pinch Kate Hopkins (the woman off this Morning) childs name that would really hack her off.

I'm excited for the royal baby but getting a little sick of the Daily Mail coverage! the baby will be here when its ready and I also don't believe for one moment it was her real due date! Wouldn't it be funny if they named him or her something really alternative and fashionable (or not so!) and not a traditional "royal"…

Hi I've just started week 2 phase 1. I really enjoyed it so far and its taken me a while to get my head round no cardio but am determined to stick with it. However, finding the diet most difficult though. I am eating a lot more protein and where I struggle i have a protein shake in addition to my breakky, lunch and dinner.…

I think you just move onto the next level when you feel ready. I did D1 L1 yesterday as a taster!!! It nearly killed me. Doing it again tonight. I am reasonably fit but I haven't actually done anything exercise way in about 3 weeks so having fallen off the wagon hard I can't believe how much it hurt last night!! D2…
