Advice on smoothies

First of all, sorry if you have already seen my post about this. I asked under the food and nutrition question but got no answers. So for about a year now I've been really really strict on what I drink. Pretty much stick to water and herbal teas. Occasionally a tea/fcoffee but since going dairy free not so much as I really don't like the taste without regular milk! Once a week I have a glass or two of wine but other than that its water and tea.
I always assumed the innocent juices and smoothies and the Naked brand were packed with sugar (and not just sugar from fruit I mean unhealthy sugar) and other crappy things but I looked at them in the supermarket for the first time today and was surprised to find that the ingredients were simply just fruit!! Does this mean they're ok to drink?? If so then I feel I have been majorly missing out!! I also follow a lot of health and fitness people on twitter and Instagram and a lot sem to drink them. I know the healthiest option is to make your own and I do when I'm at home but realistically this isn't ways an option.

Why is it more convenient to buy a Naked juice at a store but not spend the 5 minutes it takes to blend a smoothie at home and take it to-go? They're okay in a pinch, better option than other drinks on the shelf, but it's cheaper and healthier to replicate the recipe at home. You don't know how long ago they were made and I bet the fruit they use is not of good quality (are they really using ripe bananas?). Get some mason jars and make your own.

I just drink water and fruit and green teas. Twinings do a neverending variety of teas. It never occurred to me I might be missing out! I wouldn't drink pre-made smoothies and juices such as innocent. I might be wrong but I actually don't want to waste the calories on something that potentially is going straight through me. I'd rather eat it!

I do make juices and smoothies at home sometimes. Have a look at Jason Vale as he has quite a few books out and makes some tasty juices.
