Try this 2c steel cut oats 4 cups water cook 2 1/2 on high in the crockpot when done stir in 2 over ripe bananas mashed 6 scoops chocolate whey protein 6 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter when done pour contents into a loaf pan and chill overnight Divide into 6 servings in the morning and there is breakfast for 6 days

To me it is a total joke no scale to check your weight? They say no judgement but if a alarm goes off if you swear or grunt is passing a judgement.

Trust me they are not. Use your HRM or body media device and adjust your calls according to that. That is a flaw with the MFP app. If they were truly burning that much on a daily basis they would be very thin which in most cases is not the case.

Because of the nature of my work I preload all the food I pack into my bag and pretty much stick to the planned food. That way I can relax and eat and people around me don't have to know what I am doing

I love burek and I have some great macedonian and serbian friends that make the best. If it were ethnic food I was craving it might be a cold holupki sandwich smashed between two peices of russian kulich and topped with cheese paska. Only eat that on paska night though.

I prelog all workouts except the cardio workouts. I also pre log my foods on the days I work because I pack all my foods for the day. I may not always eat them in that order but I don't cheat at work and eat the junk people bring in

It depends totally on what is going on with my work schedule. I snack on hummus a lot and like natural peanut butter on homemade eziekiel bread

I get Bolthouse farm honey mustard dressing and measure out 8 tbsp for a package and toss it and chill it again for a few hrs it is really good the fat content is low and you get some veggies
