My favorite is 94% fat free popcorn. Low-calorie, it satisfies the salty/crunchy craving, and loaded with healthy fiber. The 100 calorie snacks are good, but I find they're not usually enough for me, and I end up just getting another bag (or 2!), which kind of defeats the whole purpose!
