l love to do yoga in the evening. I have a dvd that has a.m yoga and p.m yoga. I do the p.m yoga about a half hour before I go to bed. It relaxes me and takes the stress from the day away. The dvd is called Rodney Yee's AM PM Yoga for Beginners, for anyone who is interested in trying it.

I only do yoga at home. I have an app on my phone, so I can do yoga on the road. I have dvd's that I do at home.

I don't really know if green tea helps. I do know that hibiscus tea is really good for you. It helps to burn fat, and I think it also helps to reduce high blood pressure. It has a really great taste. If you like starbucks, you can try the very berry hibiscus tea.
