  • True, but counting lbs allows you to celebrate more milestones e.g. 150, 140, 130. Whereas I have to wait until I lose 14lbs for each "weight loss" milestone (only a motivational thing).   • 14lbs in a stone. We use stones and pounds in the UK. So my current weight loss is 1 stone and 9 lbs (my ticker says 23lbs) x
  • I can't confirm whether my scale is 100% accurate (I doubt that any home use scales are!) but I guess an incorrect scale will still show the correct loss week to week. I think that makes sense..? Although I realise that is no help in determining your correct weight.
