Make sure you eat more, especially since you exercised. You still have 1100 calories late and you've only had like 875 today. At least try to get half of your exercise calories back.

Nope, that's just how the database is. Just add your own with the right calories. The database is mostly user built so it's full of wrong entries. It's especially annoying when you look for one thing and all you can find is people's meals that have everything they ate and not just one thing (e.g. burger, fries & a coke)

1100 is still pretty low. Try hitting 1200 every day. & make sure you're getting enough water. PMS also brings lots of weight fluctuation so don't freak out. & what twerps said.. There's too many variable in determining calories burned for strength training. An HRM can't figure it out correctly. Just take it as a bigger deficit & don't worry about it. Edit: Shaun beat me to it with a way better explanation.
