I've lost 25lbs since November (with a 2 month break in there..) and I've exercised very few times. I need to start exercising though because, although my clothes are getting bigger on me, I want a nice flat stomach and cardio is the only way to get it.

I would rather log my calories burn as less than what I really am doing to make sure I don't eat back too much. Just keep logging as walking until you get an HRM.

You are only HALF a pound away from being in the under range. I really don't think it's healthy for you to be down at 103 and have a BMI of 15.4. Being that underweight is going to cause you serious health issues.

No, it doesn't make up for the other days. You need to have at least 1200 every day.

I actually like the Michelina's Lean stuff better. The Chicken Club flatbread had about 70 calories less than the Lean Cuisine flatbread with the same toppings.

You should change your activity level so you'll have more calories to net. Are you eating back your exercise calories?

151.6... Last night's lack of sleep and finals week stress is really not helping. At least it's all over with Thursday and I can start working out. Plus the boyfriend will be in DC from Wednesday to next Tuesday so I won't have any distractions. I hope this new week turns out to be a good one.

I have the Zumba one & I've never had any problems with it except that I don't have enough room in my living room to do it all.

The BMR just tells you what you would burn if you laid in bed all day. Which is pretty close to having a sedentary lifestyle. 1350 would be about right because it's giving you a 100 calorie deficit a day.. Why would you want to eat more than you burn?

If you don't eat all of something you can always put it in the fridge for your next meal. For recipes, only use half of what it says if it's going to make a whole bunch of something. i really dunno what to tell you to buy though :\ you can always go add me and look at my diary (it's public).

I would think a serving would be about a cup or two depending on what you add to it when you're eating it (e.g. cornbread, crackers). See how many cups you have of it then divide that by two for two cups per serving? Edit: All the numbers seem right, including the meat.
