Soda is one of the worst drinks. The amount of sugar in it is disgusting and it messes up your teeth and messes up your insides horribly.

If I ever show my father this he'd cringe at your reply. He would have battled with you for days. But the logic that you have presented to me makes sense especially because Im on this website AND NOW counting calories because of it, and Ive never done that before. You definitely have a great point.

Yes! Thats what my father said (a fitness trainer) but he insists on telling me not to eat after 8 if my bed time is like 10 30 , 11 oclock.
