  • I like the fast and easy Uncle Bens or Minute Rice. When I want to give it more flavor I add a little bit of soy sauce. Mmmmm brown rice w/soy sauce and broccoli - that is one of my favorites.
  • I'm totally in too! I was doing great, but then have noticed I've slacked in this area. I will go for the 80!
  • Biggest Loser Weightloss Yoga DVD is great. It is a real workout and you can choose how much/long you want to work out off a menu at the beginning of the DVD (warm-up, level 1, level 2, level 3, cool down). I recommend that one and i got mine at Walmart for only $10, so pocket friendly!
  • I am a slave to the scale, although I try not to be. I say I'll weight myself 1x a week, but I usually sneak in a few weigh ins during the week. My "official" weigh in day is Mondays, so I have more of a motivation to "be good" on the weekends - when I'm more likely to make some not so good choices in my food.
